WOW IS ME – RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made from Wow Is Me, including but not limited to digital products, consulting services, small-group programs, events, and service engagements (collectively, “Services”). By completing a purchase on wowisme.net or through any related checkout, invoice, or payment link, the Client expressly affirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy. All sales are final except as explicitly stated herein.
1. Digital Products – No Returns, No Refunds
All digital products, including but not limited to templates, downloads, courses, memberships, and electronic materials, are non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances.
Digital access is considered “delivered” immediately upon payment, regardless of whether the Client accesses, downloads, reviews, or uses the product.
No refunds will be issued for failure to access or utilize digital materials.
2. Consulting Services – Non-Refundable; Future Payments Cancellable Only by Mutual Agreement
Consulting, advisory, coaching, or strategic services (the “Consulting Services”) are non-refundable once commenced.
Because Wow Is Me allocates significant time, preparation, intellectual property, and resources toward Consulting Services, under no circumstance will payments already made be refunded.
Future sessions or recurring payments may be discontinued only upon mutual written agreement between Wow Is Me and the Client.
All work, time, and deliverables provided prior to the date of cancellation remain fully billable and non-refundable.
3. Small Group Programs – Non-Refundable
Enrollment in any small group, cohort, mastermind, training series, seminar, or group coaching program is final and non-refundable.
Due to limited capacity and advance resource allocation, no refunds, prorations, or credits will be issued for missed sessions, scheduling conflicts, or non-participation.
4. Events, Workshops & Ticketed Offerings – Non-Refundable; Fully Transferable
All tickets to events, conferences, workshops, trainings, or similar activities (“Events”) are non-refundable, without exception.
Tickets may be transferred to another individual by submitting a written request to Wow Is Me at least 72 hours prior to the Event start time.
Transferability does not imply refundability.
5. Done-For-You Services, Marketing, Campaigns & Activations – Non-Refundable
All done-for-you work—including but not limited to marketing campaigns, implementations, brand activations, development work, and other service-based engagements—are strictly non-refundable once initiated.
Client acknowledges that Wow Is Me invests significant upfront time, personnel, creative resources, intellectual property, and strategic development immediately upon engagement.
Accordingly, all payments made are non-refundable, regardless of Client participation, responsiveness, usage, or satisfaction.
Services may be cancelled on a go-forward basis only by mutual written agreement, and such cancellation shall not entitle the Client to any refund for amounts previously paid.
6. Subscription Services – Non-Refundable; May Be Cancelled at Any Time
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled by the Client.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
No refunds, prorated or otherwise, are issued for the unused portion of any subscription period.
Client is solely responsible for managing and cancelling their subscription in advance of renewal.
7. Chargebacks, Payment Disputes & Fraudulent Claims
Client agrees that submitting a chargeback or payment dispute for Services that are non-refundable under this Policy constitutes a breach of contract.
Wow Is Me reserves the right to:
- Contest and respond to all chargebacks and disputes,
- Provide documentation proving delivery, access, or performance,
- Provide Client acceptance of the Policy at checkout or invoice,
- Pursue any additional remedies available under applicable law, including but not limited to recovering costs, fees, and damages resulting from a wrongful or fraudulent chargeback.
A chargeback does not release the Client from outstanding balances, invoices, or contractual obligations.
8. Acknowledgment of Upfront Work and Resource Allocation
Client acknowledges and agrees that Wow Is Me expends significant time, expertise, preparation, creative materials, and strategic development immediately upon purchase.
This upfront investment constitutes a substantial portion of the value delivered.
Accordingly, payments made are non-refundable regardless of completion status, timeframe, participation, or continued interest.
9. Cancellations by Mutual Agreement
In circumstances where Wow Is Me and the Client mutually agree to terminate Services, such termination shall:
- Be effective only in writing,
- Apply only to future obligations,
- Not entitle the Client to any refund for prior payments, and
- Not void any outstanding balance owed for work already performed.

11. Acceptance of Policy
Completion of any purchase constitutes full and irrevocable acceptance of the terms of this Policy.
Client affirms they have reviewed this Policy prior to purchase and agree that all sales are final.
